The London-based cartoonist has struck gold with his Off The Leash series, and for canine owners, these comics are just too close to reality. “The inspiration comes from growing up with dogs and the dogs of family members, friends and even strangers I may see out and about with their dogs.” Rupert Fawcett rose to fame in the early 90’s with his Fred cartoon series, and now has almost 1 million followers on Facebook.
