Earlier here on pixieandbrutus.net, we featured Minnesota illustrator Ben Hework, d’s laughing along with his imaginations of animals flirting like humans, and showcasing his wildly famous Pixie and Brutus comic creations. His Pet Foolery Instagram page, featuring “goofy little comics” featuring different animal styles, has really taken off, with Pixie and Brutus’s popularity driving him up to 2 million followers in particular. The contrast between Pixie, an adorable, innocent kitten described by Ben as “joyful and energetic,” and Brutus, a gruff, cynical former (M) dog, is the secret to the success of the pair. With Pixie’s enthusiastic bumblings adding despair to the serious and often grumpy Brutus, they have all sorts of adventures. However, he does have a real soft spot for her and would do anything to protect her! “Ben told in interview, “Honestly, Pixie and Brutus were just another weird comic idea that I had while at work.
I never intended to make a series of them, I just thought it would be a good idea to introduce a sweet little kitten to a big war dog who was intimidating. So I did the first comic for Pixie and Brutus, and people enjoyed it so much that I just kept making it. ..

This is one of my favourite comic strip of pixie and brutus.. IN this comic Ben hed try to taste a lemon with pixie.. The face expressions of pixie are really very cute… ENJOY this comic too..
