Byron Schlenker makes it into Guinness Book of World Records for having 8.6cm wide tongue which is 2cm wider than an iPhone 6
Some families pass down dimples or curly hair… but the Schlenkers passed down Guinness World Records.
Byron Schlenker holds the title for the widest tongue (male) at a massive 8.6 cm (3.37 inches). His daughter Emily isn’t far behind – she holds the female world record at 7.33 cm (2.88 inches). Doctors say it’s simply a rare biological trait they both happened to inherit. No surgery, no condition, no editing – just nature doing its own wild experiment.

Their photos blew up online because the human eye isn’t used to seeing something so unusual, and the internet instantly turned them into a mix of fascination, disbelief, and memes. But behind the jokes is a genuinely interesting fact: this is one of the few father-daughter pairs in the world who share matching Guinness records.
Proof that the world doesn’t run out of strange stories – they’re born right in ordinary homes.
